2 T. flour or 1½ T. quick cooking tapioca
1-2 tsp. lemon juice
⅔ c.-¾ c. granulated sugar
⅛ tsp. salt
½ tsp. grated lemon rind
¼ tsp. cinnamon
⅜ tsp. cardamom
1 T. butter

Directions:
Mom didn’t include any directions for baking the pie, other than for the filling. I’ll bake it as she does her apple pie (unbaked, double crust) but,I would think, shorter baking time for apricots than for apples.
