Ingredients:  
1 lb. hamburger
potatoes, sliced
carrots, sliced
onions, sliced
chunk of cheese
1 can tomato soup
salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger and drain. In a casserole dish, put hamburger on bottom, layer the potatoes, carrots and onions on top of the hamburger.

Dilute tomato soup with to cup of water; pour over top of hamburger and vegetables. Top with cheese that has been cut into pieces or shredded.

Cover and bake until vegetables are tender.

This can also be done in a fry pan on top of the stove or an electric skillet.
