6 oz. plain fat-free yogurt
1 medium peach, pitted and sliced or c. frozen sliced peaches, thawed
c, raspberries, fresh or frozen and thawed
tsp. vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Pour into a tall glass and serve.

For a thicker smoothie, add cup of ice cubes before blending.

This refreshing blend of sweet raspberries, juicy peaches and yogurt puts the "smooth" in smoothie. Add a dash of Splenda if it is too tart for your taste.
