1 lb. ground beef
1 c. salsa
1 pkg. taco seasoning
6 flour tortillas (6 inch)
1 can pinto beans, rinsed
1-2 c. shredded Mexican cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400.
Brown ground beef, drain. Stir in taco seasoning and salsa. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Spread about cup of meat mixture in bottom of casserole dish, cover with two tortillas.
Add another of ground beef, half the beans, cup cheese, two tortillas. Repeat layers and top with cheese.
Cover with foil. Bake for 30 minutes.
Remove foil and let bake another 5 minutes.
