Ingredients:  
1 cup sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp each: cinnamon + nutmeg or 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
2 cups apple cider
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 cup butter or margarine

Directions:
Directions:
In saucepan, mix sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon + nutmeg

Stir in apple cider and lemon juice

Cook, stirring constantly until mixture thickens and boils.
Boil + stir 1 minute.
Remove from heat and stir in butter.
