Crust-
9 inch pie pan
1½ c. gram crackers
½ stuck melted butter
2 tsp. powder sugar

Filling-
2-8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
3 egg yolks
1 tsp. vanilla
fold in 3 stiffly beaten egg whites

Topping-
1 c. sour cream
2 tsp. powder sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Crust-
Mix- 1½ c. graham cracker crumbs with melted butter, 2 tsp. powder sugar. Mix and press evenly into pie pan. Bake at 350º for 10 minutes.

Filling-
Mix cream cheese, sugar, 3 egg yolks, vanilla, mix until smooth.
Beat 3 egg whites until stiff peaks are obtained. Fold into filling.
pour filling into graham cracker crust.
Bake at 350º for 25 minutes.
Cool for 30 minutes.

Topping-
Mix sour cream, powder sugar and vanilla. Put on top of the pie filling. Return to oven for 5 minutes.
