1 c. margarine or butter
2 c. powdered sugar, sifted
4 squares bitter chocolate, melted
4 eggs
tsp. peppermint extract
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. vanilla wafers, crushed
whipped cream
Maraschino cherries

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar; add melted chocolate; beat thoroughly.

Add whole eggs; beat again.

Add peppermint and vanilla.

Sprinkle half of the cookie crumbs in bottoms of 12 cupcake liners. Spoon in frango and top with remaining crumbs.

Freeze until shortly before serving.

Serve with whipped cream and a cherry. (This will keep indefinitely in the freezer.
