Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 c Monterey Jack cheese (don't use finely shredded)
2 c Cheddar cheese (I like to use Mexican instead)
1 bunch of scallions, chopped (use white and green parts)
small container of grape tomatoes, sliced
4 oz c green chilies, chopped
4 oz c black olives, chopped
1 Tbsp fresh cilantro (I don't use)
1 pkg prepared Good Seasonings Italian dressing (I use the Zesty mix)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients. The original recipe says use 1/2 of the dressing after preparing but I've been know to use all of it and even prepare a 2nd batch of dressing if need. The dip soaks it up. Serve with Tostitos.
