Ingredients:  
7 slices bread, cubed and put in a buttered cake pan
Add 1/1.2 cups cubed ham or sausage
Sprinkle over bread and ham layer, 1/4 grated cheese.
Mix:
6 eggs
2 C Milk
1 t mustard
4 T melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Pour over mixture. Cover and let stand in fridge overnight.
Bake, uncovered 1 hour at 325 degrees or until set. Cut in squares.
