1 lb. meat (chicken or beef)
3 C celery, sliced and chopped
1 C onion chipped
1 C sliced mushrooms
2 1/2 t cornstarch
1 can condensed beef broth
1/4 C soy sauce
1 lb can bean sprouts, drained
1 T Kitchen Bouquet

Directions:
Directions:

Blend cornstarch and 1/4 C water. Add broth, soy sauce, and 1 T Kitchen Bouquet. Mix all together and heat.
Serve over chow mein noodle.
