Ingredients:  
In a 9X13 pan place cup melted butter,
1 C flour, C brown sugar and cup
chopped nuts. Stir in pan and bake at 350
for 20 min. stirring frequently. While still hot,
spread 2/3 of crumbs in same baking dish to form crust.

Combine:
2 egg whites
2 C sliced strawberries
1 C sugar
2T lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Beat at med. Speed for 10 min. Fold in 1 cup stiffly
whipped cream Spoon over crumbs in pan. Top
with remaining 1/3 of crumbs. Freeze 6 hrs. or
overnight. Top each piece with a slice of
strawberry if you like.
