1 C uncooked rice
1 lb. Ground beef
lb. Ground pork
1 large onion chopped
2 cups celery, chopped
2 T brown sugar
1 can mushroom soup
1 small bottle soy sauce.

Directions:
Directions:
Pour 2 cups of boiling
water over rice and let stand while
preparing other ingredients,
Brown meat and onions together. Add celery
and soy sauce- while, browning add soup and brown sugar
and stir together.
Bake (12-16 servings)
