1 box large shells for stuffing
1 large container Ricotta cheese
8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
some grated parmesan cheese
1 box frozen chopped spinach
1-2 jars favorite past sauce
1 egg
1/8 tsp. grated nutmeg (optional)
ground meat (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook spinach as package directs (drain well and set aside)
Cook shells as directed on package.
Prepare filling. In large bowl, mix the three cheesees, 1 egg, salt, pepper, and freshly grated nutmeg,
and cooked spinach.

Stuff each shell with about a tablespoon of filling and lineup in large baking dish.

Cover shells with your favorite jarred pasta sauce and bake at 350 for about 35-45 minutes.
