Lettuce ( I like to use a spinach mix)
Sliced Strawberries
Thin slices of red onion (Sometimes I add feta cheese and pecans too)

Dressing *see note below
3/4 c mayo
1/3 c sugar
2 Tbsp vinegar
2 Tbsp poppy seeds

Layer in a nice bowl. Add the dressing just before serving.

*Mix dressing the day before. This stores nicely in a small mason jar. Handy for taking to a potluck.
