Hot Fudge Sauce

1/2 c. cocoa
3/4 c. sugar
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1/3 c. white Karo syrup
1/3 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla


Fudge Pie

1 c. butter, melted
2 T. cocoa
1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. nuts, chopped

Hot Fudge Sause

Mix first 4 ingredients together in a saucepan. On medium heat stir until comes to a boil. Boil 1 minute. Remove from heat and add butter and vanilla. Mix well. Let cool.

Fudge Pie

Mix all ingredients together, mixing well. Pour into a greased round cake pan. Bake at 325 for 35-40 minutes. Top with fudge sauce and a scoop of ice cream if desired.
