3 cans crushed tomatoes (5-6 cups)
1 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2T. sugar
1 tsp. red pepper flakes
1/4 cup parsley
2 small cans tomato paste
1 1/2 tsp. oregano

Directions:
Directions:
Add all ingredients and simmer.

Meat can be cooked separately and added to sauce 1 hour before serving.

When Virginia's husband Bob was stationed in Texas while in the Air Force they had a Mexican lady to help with the home chores. She made this recipe for them. It is very spicy. If you do like spicy food cut down on the red pepper. It is very tasty.
