2 Tbsp light butter
1/4 cup fideo
1 cup rice
4 bouillon cubes
2 1/4 cups water

Directions:
Directions:
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add fideo and cook, stirring occasionally, just until golden, add rice and continue to cook until opaque. Add bouillon cubes and water and bring to a boil.
Cover and reduce heat to low. Cook for 25 minutes or until all water is absorbed. Fluff with a fork.
