2 pounds ground beef
2 quarts water
28 ounces tomatoes, diced, canned and undrained
28 ounces tomato sauce
2 cups instant rice
2 cups green peppers, chopped
2 beef bouillon cubes
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef and drain.

Add water, tomatoes, tomato sauce, rice, green peppers, bouillon, brown sugar, salt and pepper.

Bring to a boil.

Reduce heat, cover and simmer 30-40 minutes until peppers are tender.
