3/4 Cup All-purpose flour
1 1/2 Cup Yellow Corn Meal
2 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Baking soda
1 tablespoon Sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 C melted butter
2 eggs
1 3/4 Cup buttermilk
2 Tablespoons cornmeal for dusting pan.

Pre- Heat oven to 400 . While mixing ingredients place 9x9 baking pan in oven to heat before greasing pan and adding batter.
Mix dry ingredients and set aside. Beat eggs and add to buttermilk. Add melted butter to egg / milk mix and stir to combine. Add wet ingredients to dry stirring to moisten but do not over mix.
Spray hot pan with cooking spray then dust pan with cornmeal and pour in cornmeal batter. Bake for approximately 20-25 minutes until brown. Turn baked cornbread out of pan onto rack immediately after cooking if you like a crispy bottom crust.
