Sweet Potato Streusel Pie Recipe

1 cup mashed sweet potatoes
1/3 cup brown sugar
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 tsp. ginger
Dash of salt
3/4 scalded milk
2 eggs, well beaten
1/3 cup sugar
1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shell

1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup pecans, finely chopped

Combine ingredients and fill unbaked pie shell. Bake 375 degrees F. for 20 minutes. Combine ingredients for the Topping and spread over the pie. Bake for an additional 20 minutes.
