3 cups flour
cups sugar
3 eggs, well beaten
1 1/2 cups oil
2 tsp. baking soda
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 cups grated carrots
1 cup drained, crushed pineapple

Mix together,and bake in angel food cake pan at 350 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
