1 cups white sugar
1 cup soft butter
2 eggs
3/4 cup sour milk
2 cups all purpose flour, sifted
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup cocoa
2 tsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 cup boiling water

Directions:
Directions:
Cream the butter and sugar together to incorporate air into it.
Add the flour, cocoa and brown sugar. Combine until the flour mixture is all moistened.
Sour the milk by adding 1 tsp. vinegar. Then add the soda and stir until light.
