Ingredients:
3 Avocados (Harvest Market on San Marin Dr. has the best quality)

2 Tbsp of red onion (chopped)
1 Tbsp of lime juice
salt and garlic powder to taste (garlic powder is the key ingredient)

Directions:
Directions:
Open beer or prepare a margarita before moving forward. Peel and pit the three avocados and smash in a plastic bowl. Do not smash too much or it changes the consistency. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix together. Casa Sanchez tortilla chips are ideal, but most tortilla chips will be adequate. Enjoy!
