Pasta mixture


Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 lbs. ziti
2 lbs. hamburger
onion, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
2 c. ricotta cheese
1 c. romano cheese
1 c. parmesan cheese
2 sprinkles of feta cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Boil the ziti for 10 minutes, salt. Fry hamburger in butter with the onion, salt, and pepper. Drain and add to the cooked ziti.
Mix all cheeses together. Add to the ziti and hamburger, mix together.
Place in a large, greased pan. Set aside.
 

Cream sauce


Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 c. butter
16 Tbsp. flour
8 c. milk
salt and pepper to taste
9 eggs, beaten
c. parmesan cheese
c. romano cheese
1 c. ricotta cheese
1 sprinkle of feta cheese


Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter, slowly add flour, thicken, and slightly brown. Add milk, salt, and pepper and continue to heat. Slowly add the beaten eggs so that they don't scramble. Mix cheeses together and add to mixture. Continue to heat until cheeses are melted. Pour over the prepared pasta mixture.
 

Cheese topping


Ingredients:

c. romano cheese
c. ricotta cheese
c. parmesan cheese
1 sprinkle of feta cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all cheeses and sprinkle over top of pasta and cream sauce mixture.
Bake in 350 oven for approx. 40 minutes, or until golden brown on top.
