Beer Mashed Potatoes Recipe

1 bag of Regular or red potatoes
Corona Extra beer 2-3 bottles
Salt
Tobasco Sauce
Garlic Powder
Butter
Half and Half (or regular milk or even skin milk)

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and clean potatoes (I leave skin on but that is my preference)

Quarter potatoes and wash in cold water

Add to pot and add enough Corona beer (or whatever beer you have in fridge)
to cover potatoes. Drink the remaining beer while it cooks.

Boil for 35-40 minutes

Drain and add 1/2 stick of butter

Add enough half and half to make it creamy

Add salt, Tobasco, and garlic powder to taste

Enjoy
