2 teaspoon worscheshire sauce
2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon sriracha sauce
1 anchovy fillet
2 cloves minced garlic
2/3 cup fresh parsley
1/4 cup fresh tarragon
1 large shallot, chopped
