30ml parley, chopped
12 basil leaves, torn
30ml chives, chopped
15ml fresh oregano, chopped
80ml white wine vinegar
1 small onion, diced
2 garlic cloves, crushed
500g green beans
90ml olive oil
salt and black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix herbs, vinegar, onion and garlic in a separate bowl.

Remove the ends of the green beans. Blanch in salt water for 1 minute until al dente, drain under cold water. Add the vinegar mixture to the green beans and serve.
