6 lb. arm roast (sliced in in slices)
2 tsp. basil
1 tsp. oregano
2 tsp. crushed red pepper
12 oz. bottle Pepsi or Coke
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic salt
⅛ garlic bud
bay leaf
⅛ tsp. black pepper
1 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Place meat in larger roaster. Add spices. Pour pop and water over meat. Simmer in 325 oven, covered, for 4 hours. Serve on hard rolls or open faced over thickly sliced bread. Best prepared ahead and reheated.
