Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 pkgs. Crescent Dinner Rolls (I like Big & Flakey)
2 8 oz. pkgs. cream cheese
cup mayonnaise or miracle whip salad dressing
1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch or (Dill) dressing
I don't care for Ranch so I usually use 16 oz. of Ready to Use Dill Dip.
I prefer Marzetti Brand

cup of each (I use cup) Shredded vegetables.
Cauliflower, Broccoli, Carrots, Radishes, Celery, Green Onions
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Unroll and spread crescent rolls out onto a cookie sheet. Pinch together so they won't come apart wile baking. Make sure the entire cookie sheet is covered with dough as well as up the sides of the pan. Bake according to package directions. Let cool.
Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise or miracle whip and the Hidden Valley Dressing together. You may need to add a tablespoon or so of milk. Spread on cooled crescent roll crust.
Shred all the vegetables in a food processor or grate them by hand. Drain any excess juice.
Place vegetables all over the dip layer. You may layer them with each vegetable or mixed all together, whichever you wish. Then press down lightly into the dip layer. Then spread grated cheese all over the vegetable layer. Press down lightly just so the cheese does not slide off when you cut the pizza. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Cover and refrigerate any leftovers.

This recipe was given to me by my friend Pat Miller from Springfield, Illinois, while we staying in Valley Grande RV Park in McAllen, Texas. It makes an excellent light appetizer.
