Tomato Sauce
Diced tomatoes
Ground meat (whatever you choose)
Mushrooms
Diced onions
Garlic
Oregano
Italian seasoning
Basil
Any other seasonings you have on hand that may taste good
Spaghetti noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground meat. Add onions and mushrooms. Once meat is brown and onions are clear add to pot. Put in 1 large can tomato sauce and one medium size canned diced tomatoes (I like to use the Italian diced tomatoes). Add seasonings - I just shake some into the sauce - I am not very good at measuring things. If too thick you can add a small or medium can of tomato sauce. Let simmer on low for 2-3 hours. The longer it cooks the better it is. Cook pasta according to box and serve - I keep the sauce and pasta separate but you can combine if you want.
