5 Bananas
3 Eggs
1 tsp. Baking soda
1 tsp. Baking powder
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 tsp. Banana Extract
1 1/2 cups Sugar
2 1/2 cups Flour
1 stick (1/2 cup) butter

Directions:
Directions:
MIx sugar, butter, and eggs. Add vanilla and banana extract, mix well. Slowly add dry ingredients (flour, baking soda and powder). Add bananas. Pour into 2 greased bread pans. Bake at 375 for 30-40 minutes

I am not a huge measurer so I sometimes add more vanilla and banana extract then what it calls for. You can add chocolate chips or nuts to this recipe just stir in after bananas are added.
