Ingredients:  
Corned Beef brisket
Red potatoes (cut in half)
Carrots
Onions
Cabbage (cut into serving size wedges)
1 can Beer

Directions:
Directions:

Place all ingredients except cabbage in roaster, cover with water

Add Beer and cover entire roaster with foil

Place in 300° oven. Bake 50 minutes per each pound of brisket

Add cabbage the last two hours of baking time

Remove from oven and let rest covered for aprroximatly 1/2 hour

Slice meat across grain
