24 large shrimp
Shredded coconut
1 cup flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp paprika
1 cup water


Directions:
Directions:

Wash shrimp, peel and devain. Butterfly shrimp

Mix flour, salt, powder, paprika, and water.

Dip shrimp into batter then into coconut, press coconut onto shrimp

Deep fry untl golden brown
