7 oz salt

1 oz black pepper (medium ground)

oz red crushed pepper

1 clove of garlic

gallon water

15 l.b. coarse ground pork (pork butt only)

1 cup of love (more if desired)

Directions:
Directions:
Squeeze the clove of garlic into gallon of water.

Grind the ground pork in a sausage grinder/funnel and put in a container.

Add all ingredients into container (with the exception of the garlic and water mixture) and mix.

Put the mixture back into the grinder/funnel and put into casings.

**When filling sausage into casings, add a little of the garlic water to make it easier to go through the grinder/funnel.**
