2-1/2 cups spaghetti broken into 2 inch pieces
4 cups cooked turkey or chicken (or 2 cans of chicken)
cup diced pimento
cup chopped green pepper
1 small onion chopped
2 cans condensed cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
1 cup broth or water
1 tsp. salt
tsp. pepper
3-1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese


Directions:
Directions:
Cook spaghetti and drain. Place turkey or chicken, pimento, green pepper, onions in a casserole dish. Pour in soup and broth or water. Add salt, pepper and cheese and 2-1/2 spaghetti. Mix well sprinkle remaining cheese over top. Bake 325 for about 35 minutes.
