4 to 6 pork chops
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 can chicken broth
1/2 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 small onion, sliced
1 tsp. minced garlic
Salt/pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Season chops with salt and pepper. Brown chops on each side. Layer ingredients in order as listed. Cook on low in crockpot 6 hours or until chops are fork tender. * You can add a package of gravy mix near the end to make a thicker gravy if desired. Serve over brown rice as a delicious side dish.
