4 to 6 chicken breasts
Salt/pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. paprika
2 Tbsp. butter
2 garlic cloves or 1 tsp. minced garlic
1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 cup water


Directions:
Directions:
Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika. Heat 1/2 of the butter in skillet, (I use a cast iron skillet) Add chicken. Brown on both sides. Remove chicken from pan. Melt remaining butter, add garlic and cook. Whisk in soup and water. Cook until smooth and bubbly. Add chicken to gravy mixture. Turn down low. Cover with lid and simmer until chicken is completely done. Serve with brown or white rice if desired.
