1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
¾ cup ketchup
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1-1/2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. each salt & pepper
2-1/2 – 3 lbs. baby back ribs

Mix ketchup, vinegar, brown sugar in a bowl. Mix all seasonings in another bowl & rub all over ribs. Spread sauce on ribs. Cook on low 8 hours or high 4 hours. You can “crisp” them by placing them in the broiler when they are done for 4-6 minutes.
