3-4 lb. boneless pork loin
1 large onion
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. garlic
1 tsp. onion powder
½ tsp. paprika
1 tsp. each of salt & pepper
2 cups chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Slice onion into round circle slices. Place onions in bottom of crockpot and place loin on onions (fat side up). Drizzle olive oil over loin. Sprinkle seasonings over loin evenly. Add chicken broth to bottom of crockpot (don’t pour it over meat). Cook on low 6-7 hours or high for 4 hours.
