2 large cucumbers, peeled and sliced
1 teaspoon salt
2 green onions, chopped
1 teaspoon dill weed
1/2 lemon, sliced
1/4 cup vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
1 Tablespoon salad oil
1/2 teaspoon pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle cucumber slices with salt. Cover and refrigerate for several hours. Drain, rinse in cold water and drain again. Add green onions, dill weed and lemon slices, toss lightly. Combine vinegar, sugar, salad oil and papper, pour over cucumbers and mix lightly. Chill several hours to intensify flavors.
