2 tbsp apple cider vinegar preferably with the mother
3 tbsp raw honey
2 inch piece of fresh ginger root, peeled and finely minced
4 cups of water (or 2 cups water and 2 cups seltzer water if using
1/2 of a fresh lime, juice and zest

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a large jar, shake well and place in the refrigerator overnight
To serve, pour over ice or add seltzer water if desired.
