Ingredients:
1 pound elbow macaroni pasta
1 c. medium diced or shredded carrots
1/2 c. celery, finely chopped
1/4 red onion, diced
2/3 c. frozen peas
1 c. ham, cubed

1 packet ranch seasoning mix
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta. While waiting for the pasta to boil, gather your carrots, celery, red onion, frozen peas, ham and cheddar cheese. Set aside. To make the dressing, whisk together ranch mix, mayo and milk. Mix until all lumps are gone. Or just use your favorite ranch dressing. Once pasta is done, drain and let cool for a couple minutes. Once cooled, mix in carrots, celery, red onion, frozen peas, ham and cheddar cheese. Add dressing and refrigerate until time to serve. Mix again just prior to serving to distribute dressing evenly.

Sometimes I reserve 1/2 cup of dressing to put on just before serving if the pasta has been sitting in the refrigerator for several hours or overnight.
