Salad:
1 bag shredded cabbage or 1 head Nappa cabbage finely chopped
3-6 green onions, chopped
1/4 c. slivered almonds
2 t. sesame or sunflower seeds or both
2 rows (16) rice crackers - coarsely broken.


Dressing:
2 T. sugar
1/2 t. ground ginger
1 t. ground garlic
1 t. tamari or gluten free soy sauce
1 T. rice wine vinegar
1/4 c. sunflower oil
pinch of salt
pinch of black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Toast almonds, seeds and rice crackers in a skillet until light golden.
Toss together all salad ingredients.
Whisk together all dressing ingredients and pour over salad 15 - 20 minutes before serving.
