French Shrimp Salad
1 can shrimp, shredded
1/2 cup pecans, chopped
1 stalk celery, diced
3 medium apples, diced
3 hard-cooked eggs
Salt, paprika, and mayonnaise
1 head of lettuce
Mayonnaise
Whipped Cream

Directions:
Directions:
French Shrimp Salad:
Place shrimp, nuts, celery and apples in a bowl and season with salt and paprika to suit taste. Moisten with mayonnaise and toss together lightly with fork. Arrange on individual plates garnished with head lettuce and on top of each portion sprinkle egg which has been forced thru a fine strainer - first the white, then the yoke on top. Serves 4 to 6 persons.
