1 lb (scalable) kosher boneless, skinless chicken breast
1/4 bottle red wine (suitable for cooking)
1/4 cup high temp oil
1 sprig (or 1 tbsp.) rosemary
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 cloves garlic
1/2 sweet onion
1/2 tsp. paprika

Directions:
Directions:
1) Put oil in pan to heat up. Any temperature is fine, because you want the wine to boil.
2) Slice chicken breast in pieces about 1/2 to 3/4 in. thick.
3) Put chicken and all other ingredients into the hot pan (wine included).
4) Once the alcohol from the wine has boiled off, pull the chicken out and serve!
