4 egg whites
1 cup granulated sugar
1 1/2 Tablespoons corn starch
1 Tablespoon vanilla
2 Tablespoons white vinegar
1/2 teaspoon powdered sugar
Whipped cream
Sliced Fruit of your choice

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease cookie sheet and dust with 1/2 teaspoon powdered sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch. Beat egg whites until stiff. Gradually beat in granulated sugar until mixture is stiff. Fold in corn starch and add vinegar and vanilla. Pile on cookie sheet, 12 small rounds, hollow out centers. Bake until firm; 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours, should color slightly. Cool then spread with whipped cream and cover with fruit of your choice.
