1 rip honey or galia melon, seeded and cut into bite size chunks
leaves from a bunch of fresh int, finely shredded
2 Tablespoons orange flower water
1 tablespoon sugar or clear honey

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, toss the melon chunks with the mint and orange flower water, and sugar or honey. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours. Sprinkle with a few mint leaves and serve.
