CUP OF FRESH SMOOTHIE

Makes 4 (8-ounce) servings 

Ingredients
2 cups spinach
2 cups cucumber
1 bunch celery
1 tsp. gingerroot (or about 1/2 inch)
1 bunch parsley
2 apples
1 lime
1/2 lemon

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the spinach, cucumber, celery, gingerroot, parsley, apples, the juice of one lime, and the juice of half a lemon in a blender. Mix until liquid.
