Grammie's Lamb Shish Kabob Recipe

Marinade: Combine all ingredients in blender
Cup olive oil
Cup white wine vinegar
2 T Sherry
Juice and rind of one lemon
3 tsp. salt
1 tsp Oregano
tsp dry basil
tsp freshly ground black pepper
4 Cloves crushed garlic

5-6 Piesces of lamb per kabob
Green Peppers
Sliced onions
Mushrooms whole
Cherry tomatoes

Cut meat in 1" cubes, removing all fat and gristle. marinate in sauce overnight, turning occassionally so that all pieces are well soaked.

Alternate pepper, meat, onion, mushroom, tomatoe on skewer.
