1 pound Butter
2 cup Sugar
2 cup corn meal
8 eggs
7 ounces Anaheim Chiles (Chopped)
28 ounces canned creamed corn
3 cup all-pupose flour
2 tbsp baking powder
2 tbsp salt
6 ounces grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees and coat pan with non-stick cooking spray
2. Cream the butter, sugar and cornmeal
3. Add eggs one at a time - mix until incorporated
4. Add chiles and cream corn - mix unitl incorporated
5. Add flour, baking powder and salt - mix until incorporated
6. add cheese - mix until incorporated
7. Divide mix into two 6" X 8" X 2" pans & bake approximately 1 hour until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
8. Remove from oven and cut into desired serviing size
